Who we are

AI Automation Consultants LLC ("AI Automation Consultants", "we", "us") provides Posting Autopilot and Resale Autopilot.

Accepting these terms

By creating an account, signing in, or using the service, you agree to these Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy, and the Refund & Cancellation Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old. The service is for business use. You represent that you have authority to bind the business you sign up.

Accounts and security

You are responsible for your account, for keeping sign-in access private, and for activity under your account. Email support if you believe someone else is using it.

The service

Posting Autopilot and Resale Autopilot connect to accounts you authorize. Third-party sites' rules apply to your use of those accounts. Marketplaces and social networks can change or cut off access, and we are not responsible for that.

Your content and listings

You own the content, photos, posts, and listings you provide. You grant us a license to host, copy, and process that material only to run the service for you.

You are responsible for legality, accuracy, and pricing. Price suggestions are estimates, not guarantees of what an item will sell for. You decide what goes live.

AI-generated content

The service uses our AI provider to write text, read photos, and suggest prices. Review everything before it is published. AI-generated content may be inaccurate.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to break the law, infringe someone else's rights, mislead buyers, sell prohibited items, or interfere with the service or other customers.

Plans, billing and auto-renewal

Plans for each app, billed monthly in USD through Stripe, are Starter $39, Growth $99, and Pro $299. A subscription renews automatically each month at the then-current price until you cancel.

Your card is charged through Stripe. Taxes are extra where applicable. We give 30 days' notice of price changes by email. Resale overage is $5 per 50 extra items.

Trials

Each plan includes a 7-day trial. The Resale Autopilot trial includes 20 items. A trial converts to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless you cancel before it ends.

Cancellation

You can cancel anytime from Billing in the app or by emailing support@aiautomationconsultants.net. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You keep access until then.

Refunds

Refunds are described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end access if you break these terms, if a payment fails, or if we must do so to comply with the law. You may stop using the service and close your account at any time.

Intellectual property

We own the service, the software, and the AI Automation Consultants branding. These terms give you only a limited right to use the service while your subscription is active.

Third-party services

Stripe, marketplaces, social networks, and other providers you connect are independent services. Their terms apply. We are not responsible for their acts, outages, or rule changes.

Warranty disclaimer

The service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE". We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee sales, uptime, or that listings, posts, or delistings will succeed or be instant.

Limitation of liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Our total liability for a claim is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $100 if that amount is greater.

Indemnity

You will indemnify AI Automation Consultants LLC against claims arising from your content, your listings, your prices, your use of connected accounts, or your breach of these terms.

Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan. Exclusive venue is the state courts in Allegan County, Michigan, or the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Michigan.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will post the new terms and change the effective date. If a change is material, we will email the address on your account. If you keep using the service after the update, you accept the new terms.
