Refund & Cancellation Policy
Effective October 13, 2026. This policy is part of the terms for Posting Autopilot and Resale Autopilot. Plans for each app, billed monthly in USD through Stripe, are Starter $39, Growth $99, and Pro $299. A subscription renews automatically each month at the then-current price until you cancel.
Cancel anytime
You can cancel anytime from Billing in the app or by emailing support@aiautomationconsultants.net. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You keep access until then. We do not give partial-month refunds except where required by law.
Trials
Each plan includes a 7-day trial. The Resale Autopilot trial includes 20 items. If you cancel before the trial ends, you are not charged.
Billing errors
Billing errors or duplicate charges are refunded in full if you report them within 30 days.
First paid month
We refund the first paid month as a goodwill refund if you request it within 7 days of the first charge. One goodwill refund per customer.
How to request a refund
Email support@aiautomationconsultants.net and include the account email. We reply to that address.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the original card through Stripe, usually within 5 to 10 business days after we approve the refund.
Overage
Resale overage is $5 per 50 extra items. Overage charges are non-refundable once the items are processed.
